What we collect

Account details: email, name, username, phone (optional) and profile picture (optional).
Orders: what you bought or sold, from whom, prices and payment status.
Feedback you leave, and messages you send us.
Technical data needed to run the site, such as a login cookie and your cart.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver your orders and handle payments and refunds.
To prevent fraud and keep the marketplace safe.
To send the newsletter - only if you switched it on in your account.

Who sees it

The seller of an order sees what they need to deliver it. Payment providers process your payment. We don't sell your personal data.

Your choices

Change your details in Account settings, switch the newsletter off at any time, or ask us to see or delete your data at support@nitroflip.com. Nitroflip keeps order records as long as the law requires.
