Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Nitroflip, buy or sell on it. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

Nitroflip is a marketplace. Offers are sold by independent sellers; the seller of each offer is shown on it and on your order. The contract for an item is between you and that seller.

• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
• Give correct details and don't create accounts for someone else.

Prices are shown before you pay. Digital items are delivered on your order page. Check the item and confirm the order - see the Refund Policy for problems.

Sellers must follow the Seller Rules.

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or paying and trading outside Nitroflip to avoid its rules.
• Selling or asking for illegal, stolen or pirated items.
• Harassing other users or trying to break or misuse the site.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
